Woodfield
The Woodfield Room is the perfect banquet room for the wedding reception with 150 guests or less. An oversized (21' x 29') permanent dance floor is situated at one end of the room while your bar and reception balances the room at the opposite end. Your head table and guest tables of 8 take the center stage. Convenient to the hotel's main lobby and your guest's overnight accommodations, the Woodfield Room may be just what you're looking for.
The Country Springs Hotel does not charge a rental fee for banquet space. However, we have established minimum requirements in food and beverage revenues, as listed below. Maximum capacities are with round tables seating 10 (except where noted). Staging, dance areas and audio/visual equipment may reduce the capacity of each room. At maximum capacity, the band will not be able to set up until after dinner and some of the tables will need to be removed to provide a dance floor area.

*Minimum Requirement: Total food and beverage (cash or host bar) purchased, including sales tax and gratuity, must reach a minimum of $4,500. Deposit is $1000.
